Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I ship worldwide.

How and when is my letter shipped?

To keep the subscription affordable, each letter is sent as regular international mail with a postage stamp. Tracking is not available.

Letters for active subscriptions are shipped between the 6th and 8th of each month.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by country.

• International: up to 8 weeks
• European Union: up to 4 weeks

What if my letter is lost?

If your letter hasn't arrived after 8 weeks (or 4 weeks for EU countries), I'll consider it lost.

You have two options:

• Active subscribers: Your missing club package will be included with your next monthly club shipment at no additional cost.
• If you've canceled or paused your subscription: I'll resend your missing package for free. You'll only need to cover the shipping cost €4.

Can I add tracking option to my catch up letter?

Yes! You can add tracked shipping during checkout.
