Returns

Due to EU distance selling laws you can return items within 14 days after purchase. Contact us at ekaglassSK@gmail.com.

The right of return does not apply to custom-made commissioned paintings unless they are damaged during transit. The return is subject to a fee.

All other items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping and it is non refundable.

Returned Packages / Incorrect Address Policy

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or because the package was not collected, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus:

  • a 10% restocking fee (based on the item price),

  • the actual original shipping cost paid by us (including orders originally shipped with free shipping),

  • any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees charged to us for the returned package.

Please note: if the original shipping was offered as free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will still be deducted in the case of a forced return.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and collecting packages in a timely manner.

Refunds
Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If you are returning the item - refund will be processed only after we get the item back to us in original condition. Customer is responsible for returning it back without any damage.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. In all other cases we don’t do exchanges - only return is possible. Send us an email at ekaglasssk@gmail.com.

Customer is responsible for correctly filing the custom declaration.
